ACS Group Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions of Trade Basics

These terms and conditions are an outline of conditions of trade made between the  business ACS Group Cleaning Service.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English  Law. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,  then the remainder of these terms and conditions will not be affected but will remain  valid and enforceable.

Products and Services

ACS Group Cleaning Service always aim to provide customers with the best  quality products and services at a good price. Whilst we try to maintain the most  comprehensive stock levels, we cannot guarantee that a specific item listed on our  website or promotional material is in stock. We cannot accept responsibility for missing  or sold-out items. To avoid disappointment, please contact us to confirm stock and  availability of items before you visit.

If at any time our products or services fall short of expectations, in the first instance  please contact us immediately to allow us to remedy the problem.


All sales are strictly on a ‘cash on delivery’ basis. All goods must be paid for at the point  of purchase. We accept cash and debit cards. We reserve the right to make a small  surcharge for customers wishing to use a credit card. All goods remain the property of  ACS Group Cleaning Service until paid for in full.

Credit Accounts

Depending on the customer’s status, ACS Group Cleaning Service may offer a credit account. Please contact us for more information. Payment terms for credit accounts is strictly 30 days. After 30 days we reserve the right to charge interest at bank rates plus 5%.

Any discrepancies found on invoices must be reported immediately and supported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

ACS Group Cleaning Service reserve the right to cancel a customer’s credit account at any time at the management’s discretion. If there is an outstanding balance when an account is cancelled, any monies owed will become due.


All prices are subject to VAT.

Whilst we aim to display the correct price for a product, on occasion that price might  not be the latest and correct amount. Please check with staff on site to confirm the  current price. All published and labelled prices are an ‘invitation to treat’ in English law  and ACS Group Cleaning Service reserve the right to change or alter that  price at the point of purchase.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you  received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Incorrect Items

Any discrepancies between ordered and delivered items should be reported  immediately. Please check the delivered items against your delivery note. We are unable  to rectify missing or incorrect items once a delivery has been signed for.  If the customer receives incorrect items in their order or missing items from their order,  ACS Group Cleaning Service will replace the items and remedy the situation  as quickly as possible.

Cancelled Orders and Returning Goods

Cancellation before delivery

In the event an order is cancelled before picking, the customer will receive a full refund  of any monies paid.

If the order has already been picked there may be a 10% re-stocking charge applied.

Cancellation after delivery

If the customer has ordered a product or service in error and wishes to return the item,  please call the office immediately.

ACS Group Cleaning Service take no responsibility for incorrect orders and  we do not offer a refund for orders placed in error. Under certain circumstances and at the discretion of the management, we may accept the return of some products but we  reserve the right to charge a fee for administration and re-stocking.

Minimum Orders for Delivery

ACS Group Cleaning Service offer free delivery in the local area for orders over £50. Please enquire for deliveries over 10 miles away or under the £100 threshold.  Under certain conditions and at the discretion of the management other arrangements  may be made.


The Company is not liable for any frustration of any contract of sale, purchase, service  or repair caused by strikes, labour disputes, accidents, extreme weather or any other  cause beyond the Company’s control and outside the ordinary and reasonable  contemplation of the parties at the time of the contract. In such an event, ACS Group Cleaning Service shall use reasonable endeavours to offer the client  alternative products or services, if such can be found and are acceptable to the client  (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld). In the event that this is not possible,  however, the Company’s obligation to the client extends up to, and is limited to, the full  refund of any deposits held.

In accordance with The General Data Protection Regulations of 2018, Aqua Commercial  Cleaning Services Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy and promise to collect,  process and share your data safely and securely when you do business with us.

We only share your data with third parties when it is necessary in the  planning and deployment of your event. We never sell on your data. Direct Marketing

As part of ACS Group Cleaning Service operations and marketing we use a  mailing list to send out news and offers to customers. We will retain your details to  contact you in the future to keep you informed of our news and latest offers. You can opt  out of our newsletter and direct marketing at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ from  emails or by contacting us.
